Shipping

Please allow up to 5 days of processing time before your item is ready to ship
We will issue all customers a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped
All orders are shipped USPS priority mail and should arrive within 2 days of being sent out
If an order is lost or damaged during the shipping process, please contact us directly for a replacement

In Person Delivery:

We offer in person delivery for Bethel, CT and some of the surrounding areas
To find out if your order meets our in person delivery, send us a message!

Returns/Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products
Refunds will not be issues for damaged items
If an issue is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent as soon as possible
